Being one of the million who auditioned for the American Idol Season 7, David Cook really showed and gave his best for him to be in the top. By his own will and courage and luck, he made his way and became the newest American Idol!

Powerful Earthquake Claims Over 51,000 Lives (Today's Update)

During these past days, I was already aware of what happened to China through my friends and other relatives. I thought during those earlier days, I already knew what really happened until I saw the news in TV Patrol World last May 19. My heart was jumping very fast while seeing the video of the survivors 20 seconds just after the first land's movement of the quake struggling for air and begging for help. I saw bloods all over their faces and body that made goosebumps all over my body. Yes, I had a teary eye while watching the news and realized I wasn't really completely aware of what is really going on.

Because I want to find out more about the updates of this incident, I searched the World Wide Web so be able to understand more! And just, I read one of the articles about the China Earthquake dated today, May 22, 2008. And yes, this is the latest update!

Right at this very moment, the confirmed number of lost lives rose to 51, 151 - a jump of 10,000 from the day before. There are still 29,328 people "or" bodies waiting to be found : (. And from may 12 up to this very date, 300,000 were nearly hurt. Another sad thing is, this sad disaster also left 5 million people homeless.

According to Foreign Ministry spokesman Qin Gang, even though there were already 400,000 tents that were delivered, China still needs more than 3.3 million tents for those people who lost their houses and be able to survive the cold nights coming this June since it is the region's rainy season.

"We hope and welcome international assistance in this regard. We hope the international community can give priority in providing tents," Gang added.

China needs our help! All of us can do simple things like praying for those who died and for those who were left alone, cold and weary.

David V.S. David in American Idol 7

Wow! American Idol Season 7 is almost on its way declaring its 7th grand IDOL! The next Tuesday night will sure mark a memorable event because of the two last men standing in this season! And yes, it'ds going to be DAVID v.s. DAVID!

David Archuleta, 17 year old guy, from Murray, UT, proved his worth and made his clear way to the big finale! His performances in this season was surely a hit one not just according to me, LOL, but also to all the fans of American Idol throughout the world! And ohw, not just the fans, but also the judges of the show!

David Cook, 25 year old man from Blue Springs, MO, also has grabbed the whole world's appreciation on his one of a kind voice! As a proof of his exellence, one judge commented: "See you at the finals!" And yes! Now, David wil be singing his last performance for this season tomorrow night on their finale!

All eyes and ears will be now ready to watch you guys perform tomorrow! Good Luck!

Are They Gay?

The picture you see above is one of the most famous boy band in Korea! Yeah, they are one of those boys, singing, dancing and making videos that will surely quake the girls' world! These boys are becoming one of the most famous here in Asia. They have 13, yes, unlike other boy bands that has only 4 -5 members, this group has 13 young guys whose ages ranging from 19 - 24.

My classmates and other friends also are following these band. They, I mean, WE, watch their videos during overnights or sleepovers the night before an major exam. One friend told me that everytime she watches these boys performing, her energy becomes stable again and she is able to study well! Wohoo!

And so, thinking that my "other" friends will like these boys, I posted their pictures in the forums I joined! And hell yeah, most..I mean 90% of the comments in my post introducing these boys says that these boys are GAY!

How come they were so sure about that?

In my own opinion, these boys just look like gay because they are so white, they are so soft ( I mean they speak this way! ) and they like to make "pa-cute" in the cameras and fans! And that's their obligations, right? To look good and be appreciated!

Now I'm asking my blogger friends now, in your own opinion, ARE THEY GAY?

...And They Were Broken!

At long last! Josef is now evicted in the Pinoy Big Brother Teen Edition Plus! Woohho! From the very first start of that season, I really never find him attractive..(well I know I'm not too) because all I can see in him is purely "OVER." Over confident, Over Acting, Over Feeler and Over Fat! Wohooow...some of Josef's supporters might kill me now!

With regards to the title of this post, hhhmm...well, HELL YEAH!!!!! ....(drum rolls).

"THEY WERE BROKEN!!!!"

The latest PBB Teen Plus Eviction night, (May 10, Saturday), really gave me so much satisfaction! The result of the voting on whether who should stay inside the house just turn out to be just..not just "just" but very very very excellent! Finally, JOSEF WAS EVICTED and Nikki the "CONSERVATIVE FLIRT" was left behind and also Rona. Nikki or Nicole...hhhmmm.. yeah.. atleast she was saved but I want her out of the house also. I really don't like what she's doing inside the house considering she has a commitment outside..(but I don't really care that much!). I don't know, maybe I just don't like her seeing her bloom inside that big yellow house that way. Her mother always reminds her that their family is conservative, but "lol" to Nicole!!!! SHE'S NOT!!!! weeiii...

At last, they are broken! I'm not thankful about this thing because they are both tied up to each of their partners outside the house but I'm thankful that one of them went out the house last night because I don't like seeing them in TV flirting..and flirting.. and lastly FLIRTING! It's good to flirt once in a while...or (6 times on 6 days a week..-except sunday! *grin*)! but not to flirt with flirt people!!!!!! You might end up being parents! (WHHHAAAT? What am I talking about here.??? lol.

We'll at last! They were broken!!!!!!!!!!

For Josef, good luck "OA guy" in flirting outside!



For the "CONSERVATIVE NIKKI", don't cry!!!!!! Just don't cry, try to flirt with another else.

For the two OVER-ACTING "good example" teens in this season of PBB, there is nothing wrong with you! You are good examples! Absolutely, you deserve to be called "IDOLS!"

A Mother's Promise

Lately, I've seen a lot of commercial the are tributes to all mothers in the world. Some of them were touching and some were not. The video that I'm going to show you now, is a commercial of a milk that is very touching. I had goose bumps after I viewed this commercial. The song lyrics was very excellent and the mother and child are so wonderful to see. The commercial is so unique because, it is not about greeting mothers on their day but instead it showcases what mothers can do to their children. That includes the promise of care and love. Watch this video with an audio. It's very inspiring.

Robi was SAVED!

Robert was saved from the latest eviction of PBB Teen Plus. Thank you to all who supported him! He got the highest number of votes. Surely, our True Blue Atenista is on the rock!

She is Connie!

Connie Talbot, is one of the contestants in the show Britain's Got Talent. She wows the three judges of the show in her very touching version of Somewhere Over The Rainbow. She is only six but now her voice has become a memorable mark on those hearts who heard her sing!

Robi is Nominated!

Wooh! Robi is nominated for this week. Since just last week, the guardians have already the power to nominate a teen housemate. The teen housemate who has the highest points from the selection process from the guardians will automatically be nominated. And now, for this week, my personal favorite and maybe your favorite also has been chosen by the guardians to be nominated for eviction. Most of their reasons state that Robi don't need the money, that he is already fulfilled as a teen, that somebody needs more the prize of PBB Teen Plus. But I say different. It's not about Robi's status in life, it's about him. His skills, his thoughts, his abilities, his leadership and his intelligence. We're not friends of Robi, but I believe he can be an inspiration to his peers as he is to me! People, Robert Marion Domingo needs our help!

A Friend in Pinoy Idol

That was April 5, 2008, when I saw my friend, Darling Vera Maria D. Vicente, on tv auditioning for the very 1st ever Pinoy Idol. Truly she has a good voice after ranking as 1st runner up in The Search for Iligan Star just this year. Like me, she is also from Iligan City National High School and a member of the STUDENT PEER FACILITATORS! I could still remember when I let her sing during her undertrainee days in the SPF. She was good before and now, she's even better.

Darling got her golden ticket to Manila after she wows the three judges of Pinoy Idol in her very wonderful version of "Nakapagtataka."
