It was a Success!

Woohoo! I told you about me attending a BIG class today right? Yah, I told you also that I will deliver a report or a presentation about "User-Centered Design" with regards to Usability in Human -Computer Interaction (HCI), right? So now, I am so happy to tell you that the presentation was smooth and successful. As what I've expected, among the three members of our group, I was the lucky one, who was picked to present it to the senior IT students in my school, my classmates in simple words. Of course I was prepared. Together with my group mates, we really researched about the said topic! Even though my professor didn't say any, I believe that she was contented with what WE presented. And with regards to my classmates, they were cool. They participated in the question and answer portion. Every time I ask them questions as I go along with my presentation, we give feedbacks that signifies they are listening to me and that I am an effective presenter (I believe.. hehe).

Ready For My Big Class Tomorrow

Tomorrow I'll be attending a BIG class in one of my major subjects. Big class meaning the two sections of the seniors of IT in my school is merged into one in order for us to save our time discussing the same topics. In that case, the two sections will learn the same topics at only one session. My professor planned that one. We had already a big class a week ago but she said it wasn't enough so we'll have a big class again tomorrow.

Tomorrow will be exciting I think. Our group is the first reporter. We will be discussing "User-Centered Design" that is with regards to "Usability" in Human-Computer Interaction. The topic is not that difficult and our group is pretty much excited to deliver it in class tomorrow. We made our PowerPoint Presentation early this afternoon and finished it just before the rain poured so hard around 5PM. As a student, we will always thank WWW and especially Google for being a great tool in providing us the best information we can get in the Internet! I don't think we will finish our report making that fast without the effective aid of technology. I cannot imagine myself scanning century-old books in the library just to find a piece of information. Because of that, I realized that I am so lucky to be born on this generation! Hehehe. LOL.

Human Computer Interaction Report

We are now in the 2nd Chapter of our major subject, Human Computer Interaction or HCI. My professor grouped all of us in the class into I think 7 groups?! I can't remember. Hehehe.

I am in group two. The topic she gave us was about Output Devices. These devices such as, computer monitors and etc. Funny it was, my group mates assigned me as their leader. I don't know why they chose me.. Hehehehe.

And so we discussed on that day how will we divide our reports. Without hesitations, all of us agreed that we will just do it in the next day.

The "next" day arrived. And so as a leader, I was the one who divided the reports. I decided that I'll just take the first topics, the Introduction, The Cathode Ray Tubes (CRT) and Raster Scan. I read it last night and it was not difficult. I gave my group mates their own topics and I still don't know whether or not they have finished making it..coz..me? I haven't finished it also. LOL.
